Go Red for Heart Month

In February, the British Heart Foundation called the nation to go red in any way, from red cakes to red costumes, to unite behind their mission and raise funds for lifesaving research. A holistic energy landmark forming a new gateway into Manchester’s historic district, the flue tower and street facade together form an urban beacon that could be experienced from afar and closeup from the street. Designed to disseminate Manchester’s forward-thinking environmental agenda, the project can also herald city-wide events and missions with the animated lighting programmes by Seam Design.
