Southwark Council and procurement specialist LHC have announced the 110 selected teams for their £10.5 million framework, which will run until 2025. The scheme framework is intended to provide public sector opportunities to ‘the best architectural practices able to deliver innovative construction services’.
More than 40% of the Southwark borough has been earmarked as a regeneration zone, including parts of Elephant and Castle and Old Kent Road. You can read the full Architect’s Journal announcement and list of teams here.
