London Tree & Woodland Awards 2020

For the past twelves year, the London Tree and Woodland Awards has been celebrating the work of communities and individuals who protect and seek to improve London’s tree population. The awards annual are organised by the Forestry Commission and supported by the Mayor of London.

Congratulations to the Urban Tree Festival, who were awarded with ‘London Lockdown Award’ by public vote. This year’s Urban Tree Festival consisted of virtual tree walks, daily mediation challenges, talks and workshops that inspired Londoners to connect with the trees and parks around them. Something that become even more important as we adapted to lockdown. Tonkin Liu are supporters of the annual event.
