Sundersea Shortlisted for RIBA North East Award

We are pleased to share that our Sundersea project in Sunderland has been shortlisted for a RIBA North East Award, alongside five other projects:

• Ad Gefrin Anglo Saxon Museum and Distillery, Wooler, by Elphick Associates

• Farrell Centre, Newcastle, by Space Architects and Elliott Architects

• Rocket House, Low Newton-by-the-Sea, by Napper Architects

• Teesside University Bios, Middlesbrough, by FaulknerBrowns

• Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre, Whitburn, by MawsonKerr Architects

Judges will visit each site in the coming weeks and the winners will spring, with national awards following in the summer. Best of luck to the other shortlisted projects!
