RIBA Small Projects Handbook
Following great success of the first edition published in 2015, the second edition of the RIBA Small Projects Handbook has just been published by RIBA; written by Nigel Ostime, Delivery Director at Hawkins Brown. The handbook is a day-to-day guide to small practice that can be used by everyone in the team; clients, contractors and consultants, as well as architects. The book follows the stages of the RIBA Plan of Work and aims to provide guidance on best practice, sustainability and delivering on a budget.
The handbook features case studies of small projects including the Tower of Light in Manchester and the Water Tower in Norfolk, as well as a personal thought piece on Digital Technology by Anna Liu, Director.
