Swing Bridge Installed in Crystal Palace Park

We were thrilled to watch the Swing Bridge installation at Crystal Palace park this week. Fabricated by local company, Cake Industries, the 8 meter swing bridge is made from a single sheet of 10mm recycled steel. It will provide secure maintenance access to Dinosaur Island, home to the Grade 1 listed dinosaur sculptures. The bridge pivots into position when in use, and appears to float above the water when it is not.
