We are delighted to have achieved planning and listed building consent for our renovation and extension of the Grade II* Listed Old House in Brentwood. As an exemplar of its time, the New House, like the Old House, proposes what the ideals of its time should be.

Within the New House, a community lives in six light-filled apartments under a green roof that collects the energy of the sun.
